-Developed Classroom Instruction from the Marine Corps’ Training and Education Command approved Ciriculumn for an innovative Course for Infantry Sergeants, focusing on decision making. -Managed a Cadre of highly skilled of Combat Instructors, whose main focus, was to find inventive ways to challenge the students enrolled in the Course. - Worked closely with Representatives from the Office of Naval Research Developing a Decision-Making Training Exercise that would be conducted in a virtual Battle Space. -Responsible for the creation of the Course’s Initial Screening Exercise, that would verify that the individual student possessed the required prerequisites to attend the Course. -Evaluated field training events, compiled notes in order to provide students with a detailed “After Action Report” that was used to help students understand, and learn from mistakes. -Compiled and presented “Live Fire Action Brief” to School of Infantry-East Leadership in order to provide the proper safety procedures to responsible parties.

Guided the actions of 27 directly reporting staff members coordinating equipment and material oversight. Managed training and evaluation.

Remained current to updates in systems, techniques and procedures in order to be called upon as a Subject Matter Expert for a 200 member organization.-Conducted site surveys in order validate locations would be able to support the training requirements for a 200 member organization.-Developed interpersonal communication techniques that led to team building and an increase in the team reaching company goals.-Developed a marketing plan that incorporated a house to house, village by village add campaign in the Khan Neshin District of the Helmand Province, Afghanistan. This campaign led to our district having the highest voter turn out in the Helmand Province for the 2009 Afghan National Election. -Maintain accountability of personnel and equipment for a 200 member organization.
