Participation in the definition of Tracks, Categories and Roles of the company. - Compensation and Benefits: analysis of market researches and internal salary tabulator as well as participation in the new proposals for updating it. - Definition, implementation and improvement of procedures, policies and initiatives in the different areas of Human Resources such us the new Merit Program, the On Boarding process, employee satisfaction surveys, creation of our new Performance Evaluation tool , participation in the global implementation of the new HR ERP (Success Factors), etc.
