As the President of KMM Group, Ltd., I have the privilege of steering our strategic direction and spearheading operations to ensure our alignment with the future of manufacturing. With a deep-rooted passion for the industry, I see it as my mission to elevate the perception of manufacturing careers and celebrate the virtues of domestic production.Under my stewardship, KMM has significantly invested in pioneering precision manufacturing technologies including automation, to fuel innovation and develop transformative mission-critical devices and solutions. We focus on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and empowering environment, where each employee is encouraged to grow and reach their full potential.My journey in precision manufacturing spans nearly three decades, a journey that took off as the Vice President of KVI, Inc., escalated to the position of President and CEO, and eventually led to the formation of KMM in 2020, post a merger with M&S Grinding, Inc. and Meron Medical.Additionally, I proudly serve on advisory boards including the Steel Valley Authority (SVA) Strategic Early Warning System (SEWN) and the Manufacturing Alliance of Bucks & Montgomery Counties. I'm also a member of Vistage International and NTMA-Philadelphia Delaware Valley Chapter.I am a Lehigh University College of Business graduate with a BS in Finance. Beyond my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family and engaging in outdoor sports like snow skiing, water sports, and boating.
