Designed algorithm to determine quotas in Perform to Serve (PTS) - a new reenlistment approval program. Algorithm provides consistent results for a level of performance, regardless of application time. Comprehensive analysis and simulation ensured PTS program on shortest path to success and protected the interest of over 50,000 personnel in FY03 and FY04. Detailed supervision of all logistics and material condition for a three-ship Amphibious Ready Group in direct support of first Marine Expeditionary Unit in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. Ensured ships maintained the highest level of material and combat readiness. Efficiently managed the logistic for all deliveries, including over 5,250 pallets and 19 million gallons of fuel by replenishment ship.

Managed and motivated 71 personnel to increase the standard of excellence and material condition of the Engineering plant. Developed and implemented a comprehensive plan of action to successfully complete Engineering plant certification during an accelerated inter-deployment workup cycle.
