● Overhead line construction (steel support strand, coaxial cable and fiber optic cable placement)● Utilization of line truck, ladder, gaffing hooks, etc. to construct cable plant using safety equipment & protocols● Underground placement of coaxial cable and fiber optic cable in utility trenches● Facility transfer from existing to new poles as required● Coaxial cable line equipment splicing and installation● Drop line installation from utility pole/ pedestal to structures using related methods● Installation of cable industry related devices and wiring including set top boxes, modems, routers fiber optic patch panels, etc.Broadband Specialist● Assist in daily operation and maintenance of a CATV headend and associated hub sites● Installation of equipment and wire placement for implementation within the system● Schedule preventative maintenance appointments for HVAC, UPS and other equipment contracts● Assist technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose & fix issues discovered within the outside CATV plant
