Maintenance Manager
CurrentResponsibilities: Manage and Supervise a Team of 8 staff members, maintaining 125 properties with over 200 units. Assigning work orders according to staff abilities. Inspecting Sites to ensure there are no code or licensing violations for various Programs within the Agency. Data Entry and Searches using Maximo and Wizard Performo Maintenance Programs. Maintaining Times Sheets along with approval of staff payroll. Managing Expense and Travel Reimbursements of staff. Performing monthly and annual performance evaluations of staff. Creating and maintaining excel spread sheets and use of Microsoft Word. Invoice Approval and coding. Purchasing. Correspondence with all Vendors and Contractors. Proposals of Projects to be put out for Bidding. Estimation of in-house projects. Managing all in-house projects. Ensuring structural safety of all Properties.
