Directly report to C-level staff on day to day operations and general function of warehouse and distribution channel.Successfully led the final outsourcing project of Chegg warehouse ensuring no disruption of day to day activity. All completed 2 months ahead of schedule.

Responsible for the daily operation of the CNH Parts & Service Master Depot. The Master Depot is a three shift pick and pack facility producing the largest throughput volume in the CNH North American network.

Responsible for the development and launch of World Class Logistics in the CNH Parts & Service distribution network. World Class Logistics is a lean based approach to drive out waste in all facets of everyday operation. The WCL program was developed in conjunction with CNH Europe and Chrysler/MOPAR counterparts. WCL is born out of the World Class Manufacturing strategy currently used in the Fiat and CNH manufacturing facilities.

Responsible for all operational aspects of a two shift 500,000 square foot parts distribution center. The facility is a pick and pack operation that houses more than 160,000 different part numbers servicing more than 300 facing dealers in the southeastern United States.In-sourced the CNH Atlanta parts distribution center from a third party logistics provider to a company operated facility. This included the interviewing and hiring of new staff, both hourly and salary, full time and temporary. Directly supervised 11 salary and 80 hourly employees per 8 hour shift. This includes coaching and counseling of personnel and formulating quarterly performance evaluations, vacation scheduling, and the monitoring and approval of all payroll. Hourly staff reduced to 40 associates through process improvements and waste reduction.The Atlanta Depot was awarded the most improved facility for 2009 according to Carlisle Group data collection.

Responsible for various roles with increasing responsibilities. This included managing the internal logistics of the 5.1 million square foot manufacturing facility. This entails handling 225 truckloads and 20 railcars of material per shift within a three shift operation. Each shift consisted of approximately 120 hourly employees and 7 salaried employees.Responsible for managing multiple new model launches and implementation of line side delivery strategy per model year. The successful launches accounted for the replacement and disposition of more than 2000 different parts per launch.Responsible for the international shipment of body metal to South America and Mexico by both rail and truck.Trained in DMAIC process and LSS. Also, daily usage of 8D deep dive investigations for root cause analysis and process improvement.

Worked with and serviced over 100 trucking companies in the regional area. Primary responsibilities included: Producing heavy duty diesel engine fleet management and maintenance practices for Cummins Engine Company.
