Was responsible for estimating, scheduling and directing all management functions for each project and maintaining overall Client satisfaction. As required per project, partnered with the design team to ensure overall quality and coordination of the design and construction documents. Managed the allocation of staff in order to meet critical engineering schedules for each project. Supervised the purchasing of subcontracts and held subcontractors responsible for meeting and exceeding the requirements of the subcontract. Reviewed and updated monthly cost control reports to provide project performance status to upper management. Had the authority to act as the single representative in Owner’s meetings. Was accountable for generating, tracking, reviewing and approving all change orders to Owners and subcontractors. Led and followed through with safety initiatives and safety compliance on the project.
