Duties include: Having thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of fences. Maintained inventory and field materials to ensure project integrity. Measure and mix cement and other necessary mixtures as needed. Possessing an in-depth knowledge of various hand and power tools and ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed for the task. Problem solve issues and use precise measurement and math skills to design, plan, and execute solutions.

Duties included: Communicating and coordinating plans and schedules with dispatchers. Performing annual safety test using FRA safety guidelines required for certification, as well as routine equipment checks. Operate backhoe, crane, and forklift safe and effectively, and maintaining required certifications for operating each machine. Facilitate onsite training with new employees. Supervised 5-10 crew members daily, communicating job expectations and ensuring team compliance with policies and procedures. Working various shifts and remaining available any time the job required.
