With experience from McCaw engineering and regulatory, Stanton built this company into a major threat and coverage animal. Working with the Cellular One branding and designing out the first cellular systems throughout many States for the first time every, this was one wild rocket ride. At one point we needed to cover FCC buildouts for roughly 14 large Rural markets within months, super crazy, but done. PNC merged with GCC becoming Western Wireless, then later decided to get into the very first PCS FCC auctions, creating yet another entity named VoiceStream. This company merged and purchased many other entities and the outcome became T-Mobile, which was then purchased by Deutsche Telekom..
