Chief Information Officer
Current- Manage, plan, and direct all Information Technology operations, including architecture, technical services, computer operations, networking, and telecommunications- Leader of the onsite managed services team, overseeing 10 managed services employees and 8 college staff, along with a network of remote managed services resources- Develop and implement technology strategies through management of the day-to-day operations of the IT department to ensure client satisfaction, technical delivery, contract compliance and resource management- Align projects and operations with the institutional mission, vision, and values, along with the needs and best practices of the institution- Responsible for creating and maintaining budgets for both the Managed Services and client-side operations, analyzing financial investment in IT systems, potential return on investment and impact on productivity- Member of the President’s Leadership Council and liaison between the executive staff at the institution and the functional IT staff
