I am responsible for OneTeam's Consumer Products licensing across our partners. I also lead our Partner Development where I originate and onboard new Player Associations to the OneTeam team as well as OneTeam's College division.

• Responsible for all aspects of collective bargaining with NFL management, including establishing consensus for priorities; development and implementation of strategy; governance and oversight of all aspects of the CBA• Elected to three consecutive terms to President by Player Representatives for each of 32 NFL teams to lead the federal labor union that is the exclusive Collective Bargaining Agent representing over 2,000 player-employees in $17 Billion industry• Head of the Executive Committee (10- member Vice Presidents) & the Board of Player Representatives (60+ elected Player Representatives)• Chairman of Organization Committees: Finance (oversees combined net assets in hundreds of millions); CARD (oversight and discipline of Player Contract Advisors)• Primary member responsible for media interaction: interviews, written dissemination of union positions, and policies• Chairman of monthly Executive Committee meetings and all Board of Representatives meetings • Trustee for the Former Player Benefits Plan, D/B/A The Trust administering services in medical, educational, professional transition services for several thousand former active employee-members
