Rotational Program designed to develop and grow future financial leaders. Participants are involved in 2 one-year rotations. First rotation was in Customer Field Operations. In that position I was responsible for a month end close process, as well as preparing and consolidating reports to be presented to senior leadership. In that rotation I developed 2 other reports that are deployed with the main report. I was able to automate many aspects of the monthly close reporting process. So much of it was automated the rotation was consolidated and eliminated. My second rotation is in the Customer Experience team where we oversee all aspects of customer experience. Involved in developing new strategies for future products that are customer focus, oversee certain projects from ideation through development to deployment. We review current processes and work with the owners of the team to offer a more customer friendly process. I am involved with developing a metric similar to Net Promoter Score, that takes a more accounting based approach. As well as helping review business cases for new product launchs.

A program designed to help foster and develop future leaders while furthering their financial acumen. Participants are placed into one of several rotations for the summer where they work directly with their team on impactful projects. I worked on the controller team and was directly responsible for Internal true up of financial records with 3rd party vendors in order to ensure accuracy. Once true up occurred was involved in the process of the transfer of responsibilities of tracking records from internal source to external vendor. During this process was also in charge of maintaining, documenting, and passing off responsibilities and processes of 20 year sunsetting employee to a new full time hire.

Coordinated all parts of on set production and base camp to ensure teammates stayed on schedule. Oversaw production assistants, placing them on lock up, instructing them on duties and was the go-to person for any on set issues with production assistants. Helped maintain production timeline and promptly solved unforeseeable complications.

Planned, organized, and monitored resources to maximize use of labor, equipment, and materials. Supervised wardrobe, hair, and makeup needs for several actors simultaneously on remote locations. Maintained schedules, managed deadlines, and collaborated with teammates to support productionactivities.
