I started my career learning from and working directly with Joe Sitt at Thor Equities, the founder of Ashley Stewart. After four years there, I shifted my focus to Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities, specifically in institutionally owned malls. With extensive knowledge of both the owner and lender aspects of commercial real estate, I joined a retail expansion consulting firm where I excelled. While advising clients like Drybar and Sugared & Bronzed, I identified a significant gap in the aesthetic healthcare market. In 2017, I co-founded Plump Cosmetics & Injectables. Since then, Plump has expanded to seven locations in four major markets. I have played a pivotal role in the branding, marketing, financial, and operational success of the business.
