As Rapid Rehousing Coordinator, I was tasked with administering and continually improving the Rapid Rehousing Program to provide students at risk of homelessness with all the resources to transition to stable housing. I consistently championed program goals by identifying students in need, connecting them with community partners, and providing integrated support throughout their transition.Some of my key contributions include:➥ Advocated and represented the program’s goals, vision, and mission to students and the broader community.➥ Worked closely with community partners, faculty, and stakeholders to provide access to low-income student housing services. ➥ Managed a diverse caseload of enrolled students in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment. ➥ Developed a comprehensive marketing plan inclusive of print, web design, videos, and other media assets to raise awareness of available services. ➥ Administered $1.5MM+ in Covid relief funds from the federal government.➥ Scaled the program from 2-3 enrollees to ~ 30 student enrollees over tenure.➥ Recognized as internal crisis management/intervention expert; enabled students to effectively navigate a period of insecurity and learn critical life skills.

As Workforce Development Coordinator, I was accountable for managing and administering workforce development programs to enable at-risk students who lack sufficient credits to graduate, learn valuable life skills, and build meaningful careers. As Graduate Assistant, I was responsible for providing sustained academic support for graduate students enrolled in the School Counseling Master’s Program, from teaching and coaching to study group coordination and academic advising. I also served as Teacher’s Assistant (TA) for both undergraduate and graduate classes; I supported teacher by providing classroom instruction and academic guidance for students.Some of my additional responsibilities included:➥ Planned and organized a range of school counseling community events. ➥ Continually evaluated and optimized the school counseling program. ➥ Developed a new Health Pathway Academy at Hughes STEM.
