About Eric Wnorowski

I have started my technology career with the innovative team at ConstructConnect. In the summer of 2022, I was an intern on the Data Science and Engineering team, and I am very excited to be returning as a full-time Associate Software Engineer. I started working on modernizing our essential internal business data pipeline from a legacy system to a modern cloud-native solution that will reduce manual effort, reduce costs, and optimize performance to benefit internal and external customers. Recently I have switched teams to push the progress on our new Elastic powered search feature to allow our users to have efficient advanced search capabilities.I am also earning my CSIS Software Engineering Master's degree at the College of Charleston. I decided to enroll after receiving a scholarship offer from the CofC Men's Soccer coaching staff to utilize my last remaining year of NCAA eligibility. It was an amazing opportunity to grow as a student and a footballer plus a good reason to move to beautiful Charleston, South Carolina.I graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a correlate in Economics. I was a four-year student-athlete on the Men's Soccer team. In my senior year I was named team captain, and helped lead the team to a historic season. I was recognized by the athletic department as a finalist for Scholar Athlete of the Year and Outstanding Career Award. I have had the privilege of playing the sport for the past fifteen years, and now I am taking the opportunity to help the next generation of soccer players. I have been invited to get involved with South Carolina Surf Soccer, one of the most prestigious clubs in the state.
