Hi, I'm Dr. Eric Todd Wolk, a dedicated physician with a diverse background in emergency medicine, healthcare entrepreneurship, and medical education. My journey in medicine has been fueled by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to improving patient care through innovation.My educational path began at Cornell University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Physiology, laying a strong foundation in the biological sciences. This experience was enriched by my role as a Senior Teaching Assistant and my research on the effects of diet on cholesterol levels in chickens. I then pursued my dream of becoming a physician at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I received my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. During my time there, I was honored to serve as a Teaching Assistant in both Anatomy and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. My academic journey was marked by a nomination for the American Osteopathic Association's Student D.O. of the Year Award and recognition for my research accomplishments.Professionally, my career has been a blend of clinical excellence and innovative leadership. I completed my residency in Emergency Medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital, where I gained extensive experience in a high-volume, Level One Trauma Center and Stroke Center. My training included specialties such as neurology, orthopedics, toxicology, and pediatric critical care, equipping me with a comprehensive skill set for emergency medicine.After residency, I joined Atlantic Emergency Associates, serving as an Attending Physician in Emergency Medicine across multiple facilities. This period was instrumental in honing my clinical skills and understanding the dynamics of patient care in diverse settings.My entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish JetSet Meds, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce healthcare brand focusing on travel medicine, and OnCall Medical LLC, a concierge medical practice.
