Roles- To handle and manage service centre, and outsource service centre point. To make sure all technicians able to complete their task given.- To manage our branches in KL, Penang, Johor, Kuching, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. Provide them and given them solutions in troubleshooting our products (After Sales Service, Products training and products solutions) - Mostly handle technical issue on water machine, blower, and purifier. - To make sure all branches and outsource working smoothly, able to handle or solved customers issue on time frame given.- Allocated spare parts to all service centre and outsource service centre points, to make sure they have sufficient parts to repair or troubleshooting.- Liaise with manufacturer in Shanghai, China, to make sure every issue report from us they able to give solutions and solved our issue in every product quality, manufacturer defected, shipment defected, product quality control and products high defective problem.- To manage product testing in every new products planing to launch in Malaysia. To solved or reduced all the issue before launching.- To handle products evaluation and products quality following our own hardware requirements.

1. Handles yearly product road mapping, planning and drawing marketing strategy. (Device, UI, and Business partner on 3rd parties applications)2. Design and implement specific business processes for department as required.3. Perform marker survey on the trend and technology among competitors. 4. Dealing with ODM and OEM manufacturing in China in reviewing new sampling, after sales, and post sales.5. Handle product branding from beginning to the end (Product name, giftbox, accessory, housing and etc)6. Monitor product shipment and to firm up product stability in the market according to the dateline given.7. Dealing with chipset vendor’s company namely Qualcomm and MTK. 8. Open channel: Work closely with dealers and collect feedbacks and comments from dealers (aftersales service). To keep the relationship closely and understanding their needs.9. Work closely with the Telcos which includes Maxis, Digi, Tunetalk, and Clixster to support and deliver their needs.10. Monitoring on shipment timeline and dateline as we have planned and scheduled. Time to market.

1. To monitor over all existing dealers, mobile operators, service centers and to expand new dealers for marketing strategy planning.2. To bring in Sales and perform market research and support aftersales feedback and complaint.3. Handle product development for new devices and yearly roadmap for Q1 till Q4.4. Provide product briefings and information to dealers and sales team. 5. Monitor product testing department to maintain product stability on SW and evaluation. 6. Service Centre - To monitor on the hardware faulty parts and revert to HQ. Provide report on spare parts (mainly on higher percentage of faulty parts).7. Road mapping and planning with Channel Sales Manager and Mobile Operator Sales Manager to discuss on new models to bring in for every quarter.

1. Checking and repairing mobile phones Level 1, 2 and 3, namely Nokia, and Sony Ericsson. 2. Handle local dealers in Klang Valley, East Coast and South Coast to solve their problem on technical parts and troubleshooting the devices sent in from dealers or customers.3. To support after sales service and meeting up with dealers in Klang Valley, East Cost and South Coast. To maintain sales target for every quarter4. Monitor repairing set that is send in according to standards or service policy of the company.
