In an ever-changing business, I used my expertise and flexibility to manage both DTC and DTP. As an ACD, I supervised, concepted, and implemented ideas with my groups. From pitches and major launches like Symbicort DTC with National TV, print, web, and radio, to smaller DTP brands like Viibryd that focused mainly on print—I was everywhere and touched everything with a single focus on great creative.

In a perfect merge between General DTC Advertising and CRM I worked to help bridge the gap to create a more holistic advertising approach that not only drew customers in but retained them. In launching products like Crestor, I did everything from TV to retention programs, which were not only successful, but worked together to attain a common thread throughout. Other brands I focused on were Suboxone, BRACAnalysis, Yoplait, Nutropin and Yaz.

With a focus on CRM, my goal was to bring great design together with impressive measurable results. Through TV, print, direct mail and web, we averaged an impressive 12% client retention in a world where 3% is considered great. I launched many big brands, such as Elidel, Ortho Evra, Avandia, Clarinex, and also worked on more mature brands, including Claritin, Augmentin, Ortho-Tri-Cyclen, and others.

Developed and designed medical advertising that synergized with the marketing strategy. Principal responsibilities entailed the ability to artistically lead the product or service with sound design recommendations. Also assisted with proposals and estimate development for clients such as ConvaTec, SmithKlineBeecham, and Barr Labs.

Developed and designed thought-provoking advertising for the pharmaceutical industry in conjunction with Senior Art and Creative Directors. Responsibilities included laying out concepts, production, photo retouching, supporting the studio, assisting with proposals, and photo shoots. Clients included Novartis, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Right out of school, I was designing and implementing my own creations for both print and multimedia. Clients included AT&T, New Jersey Tourism, PSE&G, and Allied Signal.
