• Provide customized, cost-effective, technical documentation development support to support the AV-8B simulator trainer upgrades in coordination with Indra, and Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). Specifically, tasks include the management of CDRL’s and Technical Documentation development and upgrades to the Italian Navy Trainer (ITN) and Simulator for the AV-8B Harrier II Plus and Simulator Device S2F176 H6.0 OFP Upgrade. Results: Documentation delivered ahead of schedule with no changes requested from the customer. Daily activities include:o Updating technical literature and drawings in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Training System Support Document (TSSD)o Use of MS Office Suite of Toolso Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring version control processes and procedures are followed o Coordinating input from with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), Engineers and other support personnelo Capturing and formatting Meeting Minutes• Develop training programs using Instructional System Design (ISD) processes utilizing the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement & Implement (ADDIE) model.• Instruct for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Orlando based Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). In this role taught students the basics of proposal writing to submit a compliant and compelling proposal in response to a Federal Request for Proposal (RFP).
