Lead Line Service Technician duties to include but not limited to:•Managing a crew of more than a dozen personnel including Line Service Tech's,Ramp Concierge's and FBO Customer Service Representatives (CSR's)•Customer Relations and Concierge Services Quality Assurance•Ensuring Safe ramp operations•Ensuring that Airside Operating Areas are Safely Maintained, and that a Safe Operating Environment is Maintained for Airport Employees, the Public and Passengers at all times•Monitoring of Aircraft movements & Personnel on the Ramp•Scheduling and Prioritizing Aircraft Pulls, Departures, and Pre-Departure Needs•Overseeing the Ground handling and Movement of an array of Aircraft in and around Covered Structures, Hangars, and other Aircraft•Overseeing the Safe delivery of multiple types of Aviation & Operational Fuels•Fuel receipt, Storage, transfers, inventory, and Quality Control•Investigation and Collation of Incident/Safety/Accident Reports•Dealing Tactically with any Airside EmergenciesAirfield Operations & Maintenance duties to include but not limited to:•Ensuring the proper operation of GSE•AWOS upkeep•PAPI calibration/adjustment•Inventory control•Ensuring clear Two-Way Radio Communication between Inbound Aircraft and the FBO•Ensuring the Proper Operation of Pilot controlled Airfield Lighting•Ensuring the Operational Condition of Airfield Signs and Markings in Accordance with Safety and Security Mandates•Assessment and Safeguarding of Obstructions•Removal and Reporting of Disabled Aircraft and Equipment•Proactive Coordination of Snow/Ice Removal and Prevention•Monitoring and Conducting Surface Inspections and Repairs of Asphalt and Concrete on the Airport's Runways, Taxiways, and Aprons•Controlling Foreign Object Debris (FOD), on the Airfield through the use of Specialized FOD Removal Equipment and Manual Techniques•Assessment of Bird / Animal Hazards and Implementation of Counter measures
