Eric is the senior tax manager of international tax and transfer pricing at an Asia’s leading agribusiness group which operates in more than 50 countries (primarily in Asia, Africa and Europe). He is in charge of group transfer pricing matters, including global compliance strategy and implementation, audit and dispute resolution, streamlining transfer pricing policy for new set-ups or post M&A deals. Previously Eric also led the global transfer pricing functions of one of the global leading tire companies operating in Asia, Latin America and Europe.Eric has ample experience in dealing with transfer pricing issues in extensive countries (regardless of developed or emerging markets) and in different industries (volatile commodity or traditional industrial sectors). He is particularly enthusiastic for designing and executing down-to-earth transfer pricing models for IP and financial transactions in a corporate environment.
