I took a year off from University studies to work full time in the Hadron Synchrotron Collective effects (HSC) section at CERN on simulations of electron cloud buildup effects in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) using the PyECLOUD code. Also spent time on development of the PyECLOUD code, most notably implementing a new surface model.

I participated in a research project conducted by The ATLAS Collaboration concerning the Future Circular Collider and it's ability to possibly detect the coupling of the Higgs boson to charm quarks. The work included data analysis using CERN's data analysis package, ROOT, as well as studying current research in particle physics.
