I began working in China in 2007, where I built strong experience in differents companies and positions.During theses years, I developed a passion for the Food and Asia throught the experience I had.In 2009, I founded Patisserie de France with 2 french partners, a French Bakery that provided French Culture, Quality Bread, Pastries and Chocolate and of course Quality food ! During these few years of entrepreneurship, I took the lead on Purchasing, Logistic, Finance and Sales.
