Managed Custom Switch Division Engineering department which focused on designing electromechanical and electronic switches for manufacturing in the US, Mexican and Chinese facilities.

Design and launched over 10 million dollars worth of switch products. Experience in the design and production support of injection-molded plastic and metal stamping processes. Strong emphasis on tight integration with sales & marketing teams.
