• Supported the United Clubs program which has an annual operating budget of approximately $185M. Developed the club capital plan and assisted with the operating budget, monthly variances and tracking to plan.• Prepared a dozen AFE’s totaling over $185M for capital investments in SFO, ATL, EWR and ORD, as well as a System Furniture and Master Design Funding requests.• Partnered with the Marketing team on the testing, research and definition of the Business First lounge program. Developed facilities and operating costs for the program and led the approval for the a three-year capital investment plan of $235M• Prepared the United Club network recommendation that evaluated each club across a multi-dimensional framework. Opened ATL and closed KIX, MEL and JFK based on the recommendations.• Led a cross-functional team in the development and launch of a Club maintenance program across the seven hubs in partnership with Tech Ops. The program has logged over 700 facilities issues with over 50% completed or in-process.

• Managed over $25M in construction projects, including budgeting, solicitation, contract preparation, vendor selection, invoicing, accounting reconciliation and cash flows • Led a cross-functional team in the development of gate design guidelines in support of the cross-fleeting initiative and designed gate layouts for over a dozen airports.• Coordinated the capital plan and monthly forecast for all of the major CRE projects with a 2013 cash flow of $390M.
