In charge of PMC/Eng/QC core Departments’ establishment, operation and improvement;Optimizing the company’s management mode, including transferred to data management mode from experience management mode and to intensive management mode from extensive management mode;Developing the company’s overall systems of salary structure, employee performance evaluation and PMC management;Establishing the safe storage data base of the furniture materials;Building a stable engineer team;Leading in compile and other control process;To identify various products quality problems caused by appearance of the furniture,developing the method for QC by using the photos to report the quality problem;Conducting regular meetings with internal departments and external clients regarding to products quality issues.

In charge of ISO 9000 and TS16949 quality system's establishment /operation/maintenance;Coordinating with foreigner customers from Europe/Japan/America to guide the manufacture plan and ensure the plastic mould and product could be delivered on time;To meet the requirement of production energy consumption and quality control, establishing and maintaining the Data Management System of man-machine scale, quality complaint, return work money, product delivery management and waste product. By using the Data Management System, the man-machine scale was reduced from 2.3 to 1.8 and quality complaint rate was reduced from 5% to below 100PPM.
