• Responsible for prototype, FAS, pre-production at suppliers mainly for Luxury Packaging Items.• Responsible for Risk Assessment creation and work closely with suppliers to conduct appropriate testing to mitigate relevant risks.• Work with PM on Product Specifications creation and keep for record.• Identify and report the findings during prototype, color proofing and pre-production in atimely manner with project team.• Create and maintain properly approval / reference samples (rigid box / tins/ wooden box/ color swatch / print sheet, etc.) and prepare for mass production.• Propose any possible corrections or improvement actions to the team if have. Ifneeded, follow up the improvement actions from supplier like material, process, etc.• Any other tasks assigned by the company.

1-Responsible for the creation and management of all quality and process control plans including Product Quality Plan(PQP), IQC, IPQC and OQC plans2-Develop and implement industry-leading quality inspection tools and measuring methods3-Support the operations and engineering teams in the development phase of new products4-Coordinate the implementation and management of reliability testing plansInterface with internal departments, suppliers and clients to ensure proper definition of quality expectations and test/measurement techniques5-Independently manage the quality escalation process for projects in development6-Responsible for the development of detailed reports detailing the results of validation and qualification tests reviews of procedures and protocols7-Research for new projects, along with the definition and qualification of equipment for all projects under development8-Develop testing plans for new productsComplete OQC inspections per AQL requirements for all shipments9-Utilize statistical tools for problem solving and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment10-Establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product11-Direct Quality, Engineering and Production Personnel to develop inspection activities for product throughout production cycle12-Respond to customer complaints by directing containment, root cause investigations, corrective action and follow up and resolution with the customer13-Work in close collaboration with various cross-functional engineering, PM SCM teams,vendors and clients independently 14-Able to share information with various internally cross-functional teams independently15-Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements to partner factories 16-Act as auditor on matters related to audits of the factories controls,and assess potential fraud activity,and make sure meet customer compliance requirement

1-OEM quality management, dealing with Day-to-day quality issues with China OEM suppliers, including new project launching projects and existing projects. Lead top failure corrective actions, TCQ projects, etc.2-To audit supplier quality system and production process, provide appropriate feedback and solutions; and keep tracking supplier’s action plans oriented to the audit results, and effectively implemented; 3-To provide support to project management team during the project development stage; Communicate effectively between Chinese Finished Goods Suppliers and US team to gain mutual understanding and resolve conflicts; 4-To guide supplier the finished goods audit spec and method, also train them how to apply the criteria appropriately; make sure quality control documentation prepared and implemented; 5-To handle quality complaint from customer site, work with supplier for root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action;6-To set quality targets and projects, apply quality tools/knowledge to solve quality issues, and continuously improve supplier's design, manufacturing process and product quality.
