I currently work with customers to design new fire suppression systems. This involves working with the customer to determine the requirements and preferred design guidelines. I create drawing packages in AutoCAD and check system viability using calculation software. I also support redesigns and troubleshooting on existing systems. In addition to this work, I am involved in internal process and quality improvements. I was also selected as a program manager for a high level improvement effort of one segment of the company.

In this position I worked with customers to develop and finalize designs including suggesting ideas for improvements to design, aesthetics, and manufacturability. I worked with manufacturing facilities to negotiate product costs and order quantities as well as manufacturing methods and quality limits. I managed projects from the initial request through production and re-order including delivery schedules and modifications.
