Provide general program information to recipients of public assistance, the public and other agencies. Provides clerical support to the Regional Managers and training team. Answers telephone calls, receives and refers visitors that arrive at the Region Office for meetings and/or training.Provide regional support in tracking and issuing highly negotiable electronic benefits through close coordination with JP Morgan bank and the Electronic Benefits Transfer system (EBT).
