• Managed all things Data and Reporting on RMIT's Project Pi. A large scale transformation program supported by implementing Workday HCM, Workday Financials and ADP Payroll across multiple geographies.• Formed and lead a highly effective team of 30+ resources across ETL Development, Data Analysis, Workday Report Development, and Power BI Development.• Implemented effort to standardize reporting across the organization to minimize bespoke reports for specific cohorts, rather developing single reports to improve the consistency of reporting and measuring KPI's.• Established a conversion architecture which allowed the team to build data quality dashboards in order to allow the business to self serve data cleansing issues which were impacting data conversion.• Stood up a team to automate critical reconciliation scenarios to reduce the manual work required at time of go-live to confirm accuracy of converted Compensation, Employee Demographic, Cost Center and GL related data.

Responsible for IT Services across 3 campuses in Vietnam including Service Desk, IT Security, Infrastructure, Network, Application Development and Project Management.
