December 2018-present: Lead development program manager for Surface Slim Pen. Work across engineering, design, reliability, finance, and marketing to bring product from design concept through to mass production. April 2018-December 2018:Subsystem lead for the Surface Pro Line specializing in Connector Development. Work with Mechanical/ Electrical engineering teams, Sourcing, Design, and suppliers to bring new external connectors to life from the design phase into production.

Working as a program manager in the New Product Introduction division of Microsoft's Surface Team. Daily tasks include working across multiple groups including planning, sourcing, manufacturing and design in order to support and execute mass scale production across various surface product-lines. Materials Development: -Refined dye-sublimation and color matching process in order to ensure color richness and optimum feel-specification for special edition blades (custom NFL logo and Marimekko designs) -Tracked and optimized E2E fabric Supply chain for Surface Pro keyboard and Laptop lines -Lead the bring-up of a fabric-focused assembly line and factory in Asia-Worked with Design team and Sourcing to stay on the cutting edge of smart fabrics/textiles industry Quality Control: -Responsible for tracking and mitigating cosmetic defects for Surface Pro Line -Created yield glide projections and tracked from first verification builds through to Mass Production -Implemented Quality controls at the factory level -Participated in Failure Analysis Investigations

Worked across multiple teams to test, approve, and enforce new support brackets within the payload of the 702SP and 702MP product lines (small platform and medium powered satellites). Created and executed test plans with materials and processing and worked closely with both technicians and design engineers to develop installation manual for approved brackets. Created models and drawings of various pieces of flight hardware in CREO/ Pro-Engineer.

Studied structural design plans to determine necessary supplies and materials per installation. Worked in excel creating confidence interval projections for various marketing campaigns and ROI rates. Researched and evaluated various technical equipment including thin-film solar panels, power optimizers, and micro inverters.

Tested ways to optimize voltage production of a hand-made microbial fuel cell using bacteria from a local wastewater treatment plant. Created and executed new experiments, extrapolated data in excel and wrote detailed proposals to obtain research grants. Presented findings at the Undergraduate Research Symposium and was awarded first place from the USC Schwarzenegger Institute.
