I currently manage operations for Empros Capital,  a venture capital firm specializing in late-stage high-growth private technologies companies, globally. While my work is focused internally at the firm, I occassionally join the deal team to assist with deal execution and other logistics relating to our partners. My position at the firm includes keeping the team organized and efficient as well as overseeing the budget of the company. I establish and implement both short and long-term organizational goals, strategic plans, policies, practices, and procedures.​In addition to my day job I am a volunteer therapist at a grassroots non-profit organization in San Francisco that provides low cost mental health counseling; making mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being accessible to everyone.
