Review and enter each file into Data Capture Systems. Duties included but not limited to pulling daily reports. Maintain document preparation area and scanning workstations. Duties included prescreening and evaluating consumer credit worthiness; developed decision based on evaluation, authorized payments, and processed payments when necessary. Respond to customer, investor, or other 3rd party inquiries, researching and/or preparing documentation, or analyzing determining appropriate course of action

Identify department and customer needs and satisfy them effectively, Maintained and develop assigned customer base and notify Sales for Customer turnover, Cross-train and foster solid working relationships with other departments, Maintain open and effective communication with Sales and Purchasing to minimize number of deliveries and consistent quality issues, Monitor customer Gross Profit and credit levels of assigned customer base, work with Sales Reps, and report lost business and minimal ordering, Input orders into computer system and update Faxes and COG’s to meet customer needs, Adhere to operational procedures at FreshPoint Dallas (special orders and delivery cutoffs), Attend Sales, Inside Sales, Credit and other meetings as scheduled, Work with Sales Team by going on Ride-with to meet and help set up new customers, Maintain Customer call lists, contact information and delivery windows for assigned accounts, Responsible for creating and maintaining necessary company and customer files, Responsible for managing daily out of stock report as it relates to customer needs and deliveries, View over-10 report for customer over-ordering, Support company sales and gross profit projections and goals as needed, Meet phone requirements and daily objectives, Suggestively sell promotional and in-house stocked items.
