I have been a coach for many years, and the Birmingham Volleyball club is my most recent team. I love the opportunity to learn about volleyball in Alabama and to contribute my 17+ years of experience with the sport to the athletes I interact with.I teach children ages 8-18 how to play volleyball during after-school workshops, summer camps, and weekly practices. Facilitate team building exercises with athletes using meticulously planned practices, scrimmages, and workshops. Organize team logistics, including scheduling, tournament registration, and parent drop off & pick up for 30+ athletes. Collaborate with parents to ensure safety of all activities to ensure growth of athletes both physically and mentally.

As a member of the Career Center, a Division of Student Life, my role as Event Coordinator is to create events that explore possibilities, develop skills, and allow students to connect with opportunities related to their professional endeavors.I oversee coordination for all arrangements regarding Career Center Events, including 8 yearly Career Fairs. Direct logistics for a 2-day intercollegiate conference hosting 4 college's Career Center staff, 250+ companies, and nearly 6,000 student attendees. I collaborate regularly with 7 colleges to build engaging events and serve underrepresented communities. Maintain budget for all career fairs and other Career Center Events.

I utilize my 4+ years of experience to create clean and engaging podcasts. Working with multiple university departments to create educational podcasts that align with their target audience while maintaining a high level of academic excellence. I am a Podcast Institue Graduate from the National Humanities Center and have a combined 4 years of podcast producing experience.I utilize the Adobe Creative suite to edit my projects but have experience with Audacity and other editing software.I currently host and edit a personal/lifestyle podcast with a friend.

Served as student a faculty support for the Digital Humanities Lab. Created educational programs to support knowledge in the technology and creative digital projects. Taught how to access and utilize both paid and open access recourses for a variety of projects. Support students and faculty visiting the lab. Perform general secretarial duties for the lab. Created digital resource guides for lab equipment and software. Hosted weekly open lab hours.

During my time as Graduate Podcast researcher I developed my project management and podcasting skills by:> Directing the research and development process for a 99-episode micro-podcast series. > Collaborating with over 15 co-hosts, guests, and production team members. > Ensuring the seamless execution of the production schedule while fostering a supportive environment. By effectively delegating production tasks, I improved team efficiency, enabling the production of more than 30 episodes within a three-month timeframe.

Managed all aspects of social media content creation, including designing graphics and producing videos to align with brand voice, messaging, and aesthetic. Conducted four social media campaigns to promote events, changing seasons, and new merchandise. Collaborated with 5+ brands for events and general product promotion.
