Oversees all quality and safety expectations of the Distribution Center and the team. Supports warehouse forklift operators as needed to maintain product/operational flow. Implement systems and procedures necessary for accurate inventories and food safety while complying with all applicable regulatory requirements; USDA and OSHA. Interview and recommend to senior leadership candidates for warehouse forklift operator positions. Train new hires and on-going staff members on the operation techniques of material handling equipment, rack slotting, sanitation, loading techniques and control of work flow.

Ensure technicians perform pre-inspection prior to inspector arriving on-site rivet placards/add stickers to electrical equipment.

Verify the count of the incoming stock with invoices & purchase orders. Transfer inventory to its location in the storage facility or to shelves. Affix identification and help staff or other inventory workers find specific items. Pull and document all equipment and inventory needed for each install. Check all work orders and remaining inventory daily and reorder as needed. Report all incomplete work orders to management for corrections. Input inventory and equipment data into computer programs and create or maintain purchase orders. Maintain vehicles and verify authorization to use vehicles. Perform full inventory audits. Transferred to Columbia, SC to open new office and staff accordingly before becoming the Lead Inspector for the State of South Carolina.
