As a proudMetis woman and Sundancer, I have worked in the social services sector for the last 20 years, my experience with program development, management, building trusting relationships with hard to reach youth and young adults 29-, navigating systems along with many other skills to offer. 85% of the demographic I serve are displaced Indigenous youth who grew up in CFS care. I work with exploitation ,addictions ,mental health and co occurring disorders most of these individuals have battled homelessness.I am very passionate about connecting individuals to their culture , referring to Elders for spiritual guidance and cultural ceremonies to participate in or observe.
