In addition, study provided an equation to calculate instability in the blends with 99% accuracy. Applications of the study were distributed company wide, prevented future fouling in furnaces (Lost Profit Opportunity ~ $600K/shutdown), and influenced furnace design. • Built and ran Persimmon heat exchanger simulations to identify financially targeted cleanings through heat duty calculations resulting in ~ $3.5 Million in savings per year. • Participated in Process Hazard Analysis to identify future notifications for Inspection and Engineering driven work to ensure process, operator, mechanical, and environmental safety.
