In my role as a Restoration Crew Chief, I lead and coordinate a team of specialists committed to handling and mitigating the impacts of water-related incidents on various structures and environments. My responsibilities include evaluating the extent of water damage, collaborating with project managers to develop and implement a comprehensive mitigation plan, and leading the execution of drying strategies for the restoration of affected areas. Through effective communication and collaborative efforts, I closely engage with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to navigate the complexities of water mitigation projects. My primary focus is on guiding the crew throughout the entire process, minimizing damage, and preserving the integrity of spaces affected by water incidents.
