University Outreach Program

*High performing operations recruiter, hiring over 330 candidates annually, while maintaining a high volume requisition load*Build and foster relationships with Center Operations Directors, Director of Operations and other management nationwide*Partnered with Human Resources, Training and Learning, Compensation and Onboarding to support, educate and guide Hiring Managers and Field Leaders*Managed projects to streamline and simplify recruiting efforts including new job descriptions, job titles and recruiting process workflow*Training and mentoring new recruiters as well as members of the Operations team*Ongoing participation in process improvement to achieve team goals

*Responsible for the Southwest Region’s university relations and key university recruiting programs, including campus recruiting and internship program, at 13 schools in three states*Develop and manage partnerships with deans, program directors, professors and career centers, as well as, with student leaders of key campus organizations*Design and implementation of university relations activities including professional development workshops, open houses, informational sessions, campus presentations and career fairs*Accountable for all phases of Spring Intern Program for the Southwest Region *Conduct recruiting workshops for staff professionals for five offices*Preparation and accountability for recruiting department budget

• Managed attorney hiring from pre-screen through interviews, offer letters and first day orientation• Coordinated and managed the 2008 and 2009 summer programs including weekly events, all-firm meetings, work assignments and offers• Coordinated and managed the 2008 and 2009 fall program including on campus interviews, callback interviews and offers• Planned and executed internal meetings and events for groups such as Women's Initiatives, Summer Program Mentors, Recruiting Committee and Diversity Committee• Responsible for organization and execution of annual firm wide events including the all-attorney retreat, crawfish boil and holiday party

• Managed attorney and summer associate hiring from pre-screen through interviews and offer letters including recruiting on-campus nationally• Responsible for organization and execution of seasonal recruiting events both local and national• Responsible for attorney integration and attorney socialization events• Prepared presentations and organized receptions at national schools for targeted groups• Initiated and maintain records and departmental reports for the recruiting department• Perform administrative tasks (check requests, copies, filing, answering phones, drafting memos)
