*Conduct periodic evaluations of instructors and students *Substitute for swim instructors when needed*Provide leadership, discipline and constructive feedback to instructors to ensure quality delivery of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum*Call leads from the lead development program*Process student registrations effectively and schedule classes*Help General Manager and Assistant Manager with administrative tasks*Pull billing report and contact families with outstanding balances*Keep track and organize all incoming and current inventory*Pull absence report and track unexcused absences

*Maintain and complete knowledge of the PLCB regulations, specifically those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated patrons *Perform tasks assigned by the Managerial staff*Provide courteous service and cordial to all team members and guests*Train new team members on proper procedures and protocols*Apply communication and problem solving skills to resolve customer complaints and promote long term loyalty*Set up service bars and prepare mixes for the day
