Revived the relationship from when the previous PM almost lost the account to when I took over in July 2014 and prompted continued contract renewals. This success also resulted in being promoted again in 2017 to take on a temporary secondary account (SunPower).

Assisted customers with payments, statements and account maintenance. Advised customers of titling needs upon state transfer and vehicle registration. Helped customers with assistance programs when accounts are past due or potentially in danger of going past due for life changing situations. Held high quality scores on call monitors and worked to constantly improve call time.

I worked with prospective and current students to help them enroll in the right program based on the results of going through a motivational interview to learn their interests, desires and motivatons. Once they enrolled, I was responsible for keeping them accountable, moving forward with the Financial Aid department, showing them around the Virtual Campus and overall preparing them for classes, including some skill building. I managed their progress from enrollment through the first couple weeks of classes and then helped transition them to other departments within the school to help them become more self sufficient.

I worked with individuals and families to help them learn and develop new skills that include, but are not limited to, coping skills, anger management, appropriate communication, social skills, emotion regulation and appropriate behaviors at home, school and in public. I worked with Care Coordinators across several counties to learn about the families and individuals, work together as a team to help them with their goals and follow treatment plans appropriate to their needs.

I started as a Teller 1, helping customers with all personal transactions and providing customer service through efficiency and sales appropriate to their needs. I was promoted to Metro Retail Teller in 2008 and worked as a Vault teller, ordering and sending out cash from the bank. I also worked with mainly businesses at this time, helping them with their transactions and providing services appropriate to their business needs. I was also responsible for balancing/filling the ATM's and acting as a leader to other tellers.
