Zipline delivers medical supplies by drone to health care facilities around the world via strategically placed distribution centers. I was responsible for launching Zipline’s new market infrastructure in international and austere markets.-Managed contractor selection, design, and material procurement for redesign, demolition, and rebuild of 2 drone distribution centers in Rwanda. These buildings were to meet both international pharmaceutical distribution and aviation standards-Launched operations for second and third distribution centers in Ghana alongside cross-functional team-Collaborated to generate playbook for infrastructure vetting, operational deployment, and hand-off to in country operations in new countries and regions

With our on-station advertising in front of premier shopping and entertainment locations, we offer brands a powerful media platform to deliver their messages & make communities more sustainable.• Construction manager responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget of several simultaneous construction projects across the country as we rapidly expand into new markets• Primary liaison between the operations team and the product team: investigating feasibility of new technologies for our stations, and then serving as the Operations lead to determine specifics of integration, then directing field personnel to execute changes

• Managed the deploy of all media campaigns and revamped inter-team process for media campaign rollout. -Managed deploy of largest media campaign rollout in Volta's history involving: over 240 stations of various specs in multiple regions over 3 days; hiring, training, and managing 15 individual technicians from multiple contractors; internet connectivity troubleshooting and computer updates on many stations; and 3 week lead time to prepare campaign rollout.-Maintained expected install timeframe as media campaigns tripled in average size • Compiled and wrote first complete version of Installation Manual for construction team to provide to new contractors• Responsible for developing charging station maintenance strategy for 500+ existing stations expecting scalability and dispatching all maintenance truck rolls across country-Onboarded and trained 3rd party contractors to complete maintenance instead of Construction Project managers. Within 6 months, CPMs went from spending 50% of time on maintenance to 5%, allowing them to focus on station installs.-Wrote procedures for troubleshooting and resolving various maintenance issues. Established process for resolving multiple maintenance problems in one truck roll. Participated in maintenance request intake, and was heavily involved in creating request intake process•Performed over 50 site vets across country (to determine infrastructure feasibility and vet media potential of install opportunities) and optimized vetting process for scalability•Worked with Salesforce Admin to optimize salesforce for usability amongst all teams at Volta •Researched and interfaced with vendors of components for various supply chain/maintenance needs•Organized and developed basic temporary inventory system

Co-construction site supervisor for 700 m2 concrete masonry PIH Maternal Waiting Facility and Sanitation Block for 5 months from ground breaking to completion in resource constrained Haiti with exclusively Spanish speaking co-supervisor.
