 Assist the Loan Servicing Manager with problem solving and troubleshooting more advanced loan servicing issues. Identify and improve vendor-related processes and procedures for the loan servicing team. Facilitate collaboration, communication, and training across departments on new loan servicing matters, while identifying opportunities for improving existing loan servicing processes. Perform complex loan adjustments (loan recasts). Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the credit union loan’s products and services. Fund loans as necessary. Ensure that timely, informed, professional, and accurate follow-up and problem resolution is provided to all members. Anticipate, understand, and educate based on the needs of members. Serve as a backup for the Loan Specialist role. Minimize credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and credit union guidelines and policy. Responsible for completing required training, and educational opportunities that contribute to the growth and advancement of the position and the credit union. Maintain and project the Credit Union's professional reputation. Maintain privacy of employee and member account information. Meet Service Standard Expectations. Must comply with and support all the credit union’s policies and procedures to maintain good standing with the Comprehensive Information Security Program, Employee Handbook, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), etc. Performance Measurements: Completion of servicing requests are accurate, timely, and complete. Credit Union goals and growth are met while meeting member’s needs and in accordance with established credit union policies and with legal and regulatory requirements. Security procedures are understood and adhered to by all staff. Good working relationships and coordination exist with area personnel, management, and members. Member’s problems or questions are courteously and promptly resolved.
