As a staff development trainer at Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES, I lead mindfulness and social-emotional learning (SEL) programs for educators and students across 25 school districts. With over 20 years of experience in the education, wellness, and fitness industries, I have a passion for empowering individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals through mindfulness-based practices and strategies.I am also a certified yoga instructor and a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher, and I offer yoga and mindfulness classes at Midtown Athletic Clubs. I have completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and have received national recognition for my mindfulness training workshops. I am skilled in coaching, curriculum design, classroom management, leadership development, and leading professional development. I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others who share my vision of creating a more mindful and compassionate society.
