 Facilitates the day-day operations of the law firm, supervises support staff, and develops and implements office initiatives.  Responsible for organizing and coordinating approximately 65 tenants operational activities within the office space they rent, helping them achieve business goals through effective administrative framework

 Facilitated communications with our suppliers to provide tour services to our clients Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.  Provide support with management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
