I have 10 years of experience in all varieties of customer service. In my previous roles, I was responsible for ensuring the largest impact on client/customers satisfaction is achieved. I have excellent communication skills and a strong team player. I have the ability to motivate and encourage others. I believe that my success in previous roles is due to my excellent interpersonal and organization skills. I have always met and exceeded my goals, being hard working while maintaining a commitment to provide the highest performance.I am seeking a role that will test and inspire me. My current position as a Mailing Coordinator is not delivering that challenge for me. I took this role because I made the difficult decision to move back to rural Minnesota for personal reasons. I was unable to work remotely with Midwest Aviation or Furniture Mart (South Dakota). All though, I really valued the challenges at these unique positions offered. With these different roles I have discovered how adaptable and versatile I can be. I am always striving to be better and desiring to learn new talents.I truly appreciated being a manager at Scheels. I learned so many new team building skills. This position of being a leader taught me how important remaining a positive outlook and attitude made a difference in the company’s atmosphere. I enjoyed creating positive experience for teammates and customers. I oversaw meetings and training sessions to teach the process on service and culture of the organization. Unfortunately, I had to leave this role due to COVID. I wanted a new position where I wasn’t dealing with so much the public anymore, because of the unknown at that time. I was sorrowful to depart from this role because I had learned how valuable culture of an organization can band all team members as family. It was incredible to experience that sense of unity.I prosper on new opportunities no matter the position. It has always been a priority of mine to accomplish the ultimate efficiency and the ability to apply myself to any obstacle to achieve the overall goal. With given my experience and skills I believe I am extremely adaptable to any position offered to me. My goal here is to find a company I am able to grow and thrive in.
