• Perform in depth customized patient consultations on females and males, recommend, educate & develop a comprehensive treatment plan based on client’s needs • Administer cosmetic injections, including but not limited to neurotoxins, chemical peels and micro needling under supervision of the Medical Director, ensuring overall patient satisfaction• Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services in EMR• Monitor inventory levels of injectables, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.• Develop innovative social media content for patient education and marketing purposes

• Provide high quality medical care under the supervision of Attending Physicians (Dr. Qaiser Bashir and Dr. Jeremy Ramdial) in Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy with patient load average of 15 high complexity leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma patients a day.• Serve as primary point of contact for patients’ medically related questions/concerns• Educate new patients on SCT/CT process, outcomes, risks, chemotherapy, role of caregiver and managing expectations of stem cell transplant• Recognize early signs of disease relapse or graft vs host disease, communicate findings with team in a clear and concise manner, order appropriate exams and treatments necessary• Perform thorough physical examinations to document signs of GVHD per NIH scoring guidelines • Promote and maintain the health and wellness of SCT/CT patients across the care continuum with open and constant communication • Provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care under physician supervision • Compile complete oncological history for initial evaluation of new patients and consults, and perform initial interview and physical examination• Responsible for following and interpreting laboratory, imaging and other diagnostic testing and identifying needed action if necessary.• Perform skin biopsies and bone marrow aspiration/biopsy in sterile environment• Document evaluations and submit clinical billing in a timely manner

• Contract PRN weekend Mid-level provide for high volume fast track portion of emergency department, attending to lower acuity patients to further decrease load in main emergency room• Document detailed patient focused histories and perform physical examinations• Order and interpret diagnostic laboratory tests, radiological studies or various other therapies. • Collaborate with health care teams to manage patient care • Educate and counsel patients on diagnosis and post visit care • Initiate patient referral to specialists, health facilities, and agencies. • Perform minor procedures such as, but not limited to : Abscess incision and drainage, debridement of abrasions and abscesses, foreign body removal, simple laceration repair, obstetrical evaluation

• Primary care mid-level provider in a private internal medicine and pediatric practice with daily patient load of 15-20 patients a day• Participate in all aspects of patient care, including detailed history and physical examinations, development of treatment plans, prescription of medications, ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies, and in-office minor procedures.• Responsible for running all clinical operations when physician is not present • Partner in conjunction with Registered Dietitian to implement dietary lifestyle changes of patients • Develop and implement long-term treatment plans for stable patients• Manage established stable chronic patients through virtual encounters• Lead and mentor students in the medical field in development of their clinical experience• Develop monthly marketing material and newsletter for patient education and health maintenance purposes
