As the VP of Private Label at MadeiraMadeira, I lead the strategy and execution of the company's own-brand portfolio, leveraging my MBA and over 20 years of experience in international business and strategic negotiations. I joined MadeiraMadeira in March 2024, after successfully leading the growth, innovation, and operations teams at Alpargatas, where I managed multiple projects and initiatives to expand the company's footprint and market share in the footwear and apparel industry. I have strong skills in problem solving, data analysis, and customer-centric design, as well as domain expertise in e-commerce, retail, and digital transformation. My mission is to create and deliver high-quality, affordable, and sustainable products that meet the needs and expectations of MadeiraMadeira's customers, while also contributing to the company's vision of becoming the largest home and living platform in Latin America. I am passionate about learning new languages and cultures, and I speak fluent English, Chinese, and Spanish.
