Erica Long Email and Phone Number

My croissants got me into college. Seriously, that's what I wrote my college essay about. Ever since then, my ability to put a resourceful spin on just about anything has been an integral part of who I am. My ability to be creative and make an impact on the world around me drives my work. This is reflected in my Clifton Strengths finder and I am a proud achiever. I am motivated, almost to a fault and I am unafraid to work hard to motivate those around me. This characteristic of mine culminated in my 2022 intern project I led through Enterprise. After identifying a lull in car rental fleet growth, I implemented behavioral and sales technique changes, resulting in a 10% fleet growth rate in three months. More importantly, I was one of two interns who received an offer letter by the end of the program.As a current MBA candidate I am learning more about the business world everyday. I am excited to be looking for internship and job opportunities in the near future.
